Enjoy an incredible vacation at Captans Resorts. The resort is an intimate retreat that is spread over two and a half acres of lush greenery in the picturesque Western Ghats perched 2500 feet above sea level.
Situated just beyond the Tungarli Lake, on the fringe of the beautiful Rajmachi/ Bhimashankar wildlife sanctuary and the giant Walvan Lake right in the backyard, the resort is ideal for trekking.
Serious wildlife enthusiasts will love the opportunities to view some of the Ghats residents like the Giant Indian squirrel, the Leopard, civets of varied species, Languor’s and other primates, with the biggest deer in India the Sambhar to the smallest the mouse deer plus a stunning array of flora and fauna.
The cottages are very cozy and are kept to ship shape standards with the most modern amenities. The resort also offers tents for those folks who prefer to get close to nature.

The surrounding was awesome and so was the food served at this place. We really enjoyed our two nights stay. Swimming pool was small but very clean. Owner took keen interest in our comfort during our entire stay.
