A beautiful beach facing the vast Arabian Sea, Diveagar is located in Shrivardhan Taluka, in Raigad District. Diveagar is one of the innumerous locations on the Konkan coast that is popular not only for its beautiful sandy beaches but has also acquired popularity as a temple town. Visit this quaint little fishing village to enjoy a laid-back stay right by the serene Arabian Sea amongst Coconut, Suru, Belu and Bettle nut trees. Enjoy the fresh local Konkani Seafood and get blessings from the almighty with a visit to the Suvarna Ganesh temple. Things to do

The Seashore : Diveagar is blessed with a beautiful beach that is 4 kms long. Along with the waves and the views one can also spot starfish and crabs by the golden sands.
The Suvarna Ganesh Temple : The temple considered an extremely holy place contains a sculpture made of pure gold which is 300 to 400 years ancient. It is said that this sculpture was created to mask some Lord Ganesh stone idol, which was earlier in the temple. A must visit one of its kind places.
The Sunder Narayan Temple : Also known as Rupnarayan temple, was believed to be built in the thirteenth century, under the rule of King Shilahar.
