Dervan a village located in Ratnagiri district is a popular tourist hotspot. The village is an ideal destination to enjoy the local culture and has a plethora of attractions and points of interests to keep travellers engaged. Chiplun is the closest town to Dervan, which is around 3 km away, and the village can easily be reached from both Pune and Mumbai.

The village is connected to the major railway station, Ratnagiri Railway station. And there are also smaller railway stations, which provide connectivity to the place like Savarda Railway Station and Aravali Road Railway Station. Apart from which, visitors can easily ply buses, hire a cab, or drive around on their own.

The village offers plenty of heritage places to visit including Shree Ram Mandir, Walawakar Shivaji Museum, and more. Apart from which, adventure seekers can also enjoy hiking in the Western Ghats. The bike hike trails are also great options to explore.

Travellers would find winters comfortable to explore around the village. Monsoons (between June and October) are equally great to experience the magic of the region.
