Set in over a hectare of lush flora, this basic, family-run property is a 6-minute walk from Nagaon Beach and 9 km from Kolaba Fort. Humble rooms in a collection of bungalows offer minifridges, en suite bathrooms and terraces. Some have air-conditioning and colorful interiors. There are no TVs. There’s a straightforward 3-bedroom villa, as well as a functional farmhouse, which sleeps up to 25 people. Amenities include a restaurant serving local cuisine and soft drinks. There’s no alcohol. Activities include water sports, beach volleyball, badminton and chess. There’s a kids’ play area, as well as parking and direct access to the beach.
