Parashar Agritourism

Thousands of years ago, there was a sage named Parashar Muni in India, who wrote world’s first book on agriculture, “Krushi-Parashar”. His ashram was located in Junnar, which was home to Rushi Vidyapitha (Sage University). As we belong to Junnar, we named our agritourism project as “Parashar Agri tourism” to convey our regards to sage Parashar Muni.

To salute his work we are starting a project of agri & village tourism with his name. The project is planned at the “Sanitarium of India” at Junnar, Dist- Pune, Maharashtra state. Since British period this place is known for its fresh & healthy air which can cure all breathing diseases. Due to green belt this fresh air will remain forever as it is. Exact spot of this project is at Rajuri on Nagar-Kalyan highway neat Alephata 4 km away on Nagar road. The spot is at just 65 km from Ahmednagar 125km from Kalyan, 90km from Nashik & 90 km from Pune. This project is very near from “Shivneri Fort” a birthplace of Legendary Maratha King Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj & Ozar, Lenyadri.

For this project there is no any compounded area because once we build a fence it becomes limitations. So, for feel of freedom & for endless enjoy & freshness we developed it at several places i.e. farm, overnight stay, farmers house, cow rearing & village etc. to travel from one place to other there is a facility of trolley with rural style. With the guests there is person who guide all the about all aspects of agri & village tourism.
